Maria Jackson, LMFT, LPC
Hi there! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in work with older teens and adults. My practice focuses on supporting clients through challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem and identity, life transitions, emerging adulthood, relationship dynamics, and stress management.
I approach therapy through a systemic lens—considering not just the individual, but also the broader context of relationships, environments, and life experiences that shape who we are. My goal is to build a supportive and collaborative relationship grounded in trust, safety, and mutual respect.
I look forward to sitting beside you on your journey, creating a space for exploration, growth, and meaningful change.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me discovering new spots in Austin’s food scene, traveling with my husband, reading, baking, or walking with my hound mix, Sophie.
